About Us:

We are a smokehouse cantina style restaurant serving delicious comfort food. Come on in and enjoy our casual atmosphere and friendly staff. We use only the freshest ingredients in everything we make; almost everything is handmade right here. We don’t use any trans-fat oils in any of our dishes.

Are you a vegetarian? No problem! We have lots of vegetarian options, and use vegetable stocks in all our beans, rice, and sauces. We can accommodate food allergies too; just ask the chef!

Brad is a self-taught chef with over 30 years’ experience in the restaurant industry. Past owner of Carlos 'n Bud's, he now operates The Boot & Sombrero, providing amazing meals and and friendly service to the Ladner community. Stop by for a visit, you’ll be happy you did!

Parties:
We are flexible in accomodating parties of any size, offering 3 separate rooms for your private functions. See our Entertainment page for more details.
